Aiding Suffering Families in Haiti
Fighting Hunger. Fighting Hopelessness.
Abigael Relief Foundation provides direct relief to families in Haiti, assisting them with food, education for their children, shelter, and other basic needs.
Our mission is to provide hope to Haitian families, by bringing stability to their daily life, and then to build a path for them to help their neighbor in need.
Abigael Relief Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Corporation.
In the Village of Cold River
The current turmoil in Haiti has resulted in an acute need for assistance. The gang violence in the streets causes daily fear, especially for those with children. Many individuals are choosing to leave their homes and what little they own to relocate to areas where there are no gangs.
Our friend Jeff shared, “Under the bed we hide, only if I need something for my daughter to eat do I get up and do it. If I had the means I would leave the area to live in a better place because my child is very scared when they (gangs) shoot.”
Jeff and his 7 year old daughter, Annaïcka, reach out for the comfort to know that they are not alone. Abigael Relief is able to provide the gift of food to Jeff and Annaïcka as a gesture of hope in their lives.

“The works of mercy are charitable actions by which we come to the aid of our neighbor in his spiritual and bodily necessities… The corporal works of mercy consist especially in feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, clothing the naked, visiting the sick and imprisoned, and burying the dead.”
